Hi, I’m Yani Chu, PsyD, LMFT, founder of Inner Strider Therapy. I created this practice to offer a thoughtful, grounded space for adults across California who are navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, and life transitions. My approach is shaped by both clinical training and experience working within high-stress environments, which has deepened my respect for the resilience people carry and the care it takes to truly heal. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human.
