Therapy for Individuals
Life’s challenges don’t exist in a vacuum—our struggles are often shaped by personal history, generational patterns, and societal forces. Whether you’re navigating racial trauma, generational trauma, substance use, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, PTSD, or the unique experiences of being neurodivergent (including ADHD), you don’t have to face it alone. The weight of past experiences, external expectations, and internal struggles can leave you feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of pain.
Through a blend of EMDR, experiential therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a humanistic approach, I provide a space for deep healing and self-discovery. For neurodivergent individuals, this may mean unlearning harmful conditioning, embracing your natural ways of thinking and feeling, and developing strategies that honor your strengths rather than forcing you to fit into systems that weren’t designed for you. Together, we’ll work to process past wounds, release limiting beliefs, and cultivate an inner stride that allows you to move through life with greater ease and authenticity.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you were never broken. It’s about unlearning, healing, and reconnecting with who you are at your core.
Therapy for Military Families, First Responders & Specialized Care
Serving in the military or as a first responder—whether as a police officer, firefighter, or emergency medical professional—comes with unique challenges that can take a toll on mental health and relationships. The demands of these roles often include high-stress environments, exposure to trauma, unpredictable schedules, and the weight of responsibility for others’ safety. For military families, frequent relocations, deployments, and reintegration stress can add layers of complexity to daily life. First responders may experience burnout, compassion fatigue, or difficulty processing the cumulative impact of their work, all while navigating the expectation to remain strong and resilient.
We recognize how these experiences intersect with personal identity, family dynamics, and emotional well-being. Our approach acknowledges the impact of military and first responder culture, trauma, and resilience, helping individuals and families process their experiences and build meaningful connections. Rather than viewing struggles in isolation, we will explore how the systems around you have contributed to your current challenges and work toward integrating your history with your present.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll create a path forward—one that centers your well-being, strengthens your relationships, and allows you to reclaim your story.
Individual Therapy For Therapists, Entrepreneurs & Professional
You’re the one others rely on—the helper, the problem-solver, the high achiever. Whether you’re a mental health therapist, an entrepreneur, or a professional navigating high-stakes demands, you’re used to holding it all together. But beneath the success and responsibility, you may be struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or feelings of isolation. The pressure to perform, the weight of unrelenting expectations, and the struggle to balance work and personal life can lead to burnout, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. Difficulties in interpersonal relationships, trouble setting boundaries, and the fear of disappointing others can make it even harder to ask for help.
We recognize that your mental health isn’t just about what’s happening inside of you—it’s also shaped by the systems you navigate daily. The demands of your career, societal expectations, and past experiences all play a role in shaping your emotional well-being. Our approach helps you explore how these external pressures contribute to anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles while also working to reconnect you with yourself. Together, we’ll break unhelpful patterns, set boundaries that feel good, and develop tools to manage stress in a way that allows you to thrive—not just survive.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. Let’s work together to help you move from burnout to balance, from self-doubt to self-trust, and from just getting by to feeling truly fulfilled.
Therapy for Couples
Every relationship experiences seasons of connection and disconnection. Whether you're navigating communication struggles, trust issues, life transitions, or feeling more like roommates than partners, couples therapy offers a space to pause and reconnect—with each other and yourselves.
At Inner Stride Therapy, we recognize that relationships don’t exist in a vacuum—they are shaped by personal histories, family dynamics, cultural backgrounds, and the pressures of everyday life. You may find yourselves stuck in recurring arguments, feeling misunderstood, or holding unspoken resentment, all while trying to maintain the roles of partner, parent, professional, and more.
Our approach is grounded in Inner Stride’s philosophy: healing happens when we slow down, tune in, and make space for what matters most. Through an experiential, humanistic, and trauma-informed lens, we help couples explore the deeper layers of their patterns—building empathy, strengthening communication, and co-creating new ways of relating that feel authentic and sustainable.
Couples therapy isn’t about fixing one another—it’s about understanding each other more fully, healing together, and learning how to move forward with intention, trust, and emotional clarity.
Your relationship deserves attention, care, and space to grow.
Let’s take the next step—together.
Therapy for Emerging Adults
Life’s transitions can feel overwhelming—whether you’re navigating career uncertainty, healing from past wounds, or struggling with self-doubt. At Inner Stride Therapy, we understand that the journey to healing isn’t about rushing to a destination—it’s about finding your own rhythm, your own stride.
We specialize in helping emerging adults, professionals, and those facing generational trauma, grief, PTSD, and life’s deeper struggles. Young adults often deal with identity development, academic and career pressures, relationship challenges, mental health concerns like anxiety and depression, and the transition to independence. Our approach is rooted in experiential, humanistic, and EMDR therapy, offering a space where you can process, heal, and reclaim your story.
At Inner Stride, we believe therapy should be a collaborative, empowering experience. We don’t just focus on symptoms—we focus on the whole person. Through deep exploration and evidence-based techniques, we guide you toward clarity, resilience, and lasting change.
Your journey is yours to walk. We’re here to help you take each step with confidence.
Individual Therapy For First Generation Immigrants
Being a first-generation immigrant often means living between worlds—balancing cultural expectations, navigating identity, and carrying the weight of dreams, survival, and sacrifice. The pressure to succeed, support family, and assimilate can leave little room to tend to your own emotional well-being. You may feel isolated, disconnected, or caught between honoring your roots and building a life that feels authentic to you.
At Inner Stride Therapy, we understand that your story is shaped by more than just personal choices—it’s shaped by generational patterns, migration experiences, systemic pressures, and the silent emotional labor of forging a path where none existed before. Our philosophy is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and the belief that healing happens when you’re seen in your full complexity.
Using a humanistic, experiential, and trauma-informed approach—including EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—we create space for you to process intergenerational wounds, unlearn harmful narratives, and reclaim your identity with strength and clarity. Together, we’ll explore how your past and present intersect, so you can move forward with greater ease, self-trust, and purpose.
You’ve carried so much for so long.
Let’s make space for you now.
